Working where we live

Summerland has been a Lismore business since 1979, and the town has tested every gutter we have ever hung. Between the summer downpours that turn Molesworth St into a river and the humid months that never quite dry the south-facing eaves, Lismore rooflines age faster than the brochure says they should. The housing stock here keeps the work interesting. High-set Queenslanders in Girards Hill with fifteen-metre runs and original quad profiles. Brick-and-tile from the seventies across Goonellabah where the fascia has quietly fed decades of gutter overflow. New builds up on Invercauld Rd wanting the roofline finished cleanly. One machine handles all of it because every run is formed to the house in front of us.

Colour on the older streets

Lismore's weatherboard belts carry colour schemes with actual history in them, deep greens, creams, heritage reds, and a shiny mismatched gutter can cheapen a facade fast.
