How we get it done

Step 01

Find the source

We inspect the roof, ceiling and roofline to find where the water is really getting in.

Step 02

Clear quote

A plain-English quote covering what is wrong, how we will fix it and how to stop it returning.

Step 03

Repair

We carry out the repair with durable materials, not a quick patch.

Step 04

Check & tidy

We test the fix where we can and leave the site clean.

Warning signs to watch for

  • Ceiling stains. Brown marks, rings or sagging mean water is getting into the roof cavity.
  • Cracked tiles. Even one cracked tile can let water run underneath and pool in the ceiling.
  • Rusting flashings. Rusted or lifted flashings let rain in where the roof meets walls or chimneys.
  • Overflowing gutters. Blocked or undersized gutters push water back under the roofline and into the eaves.

05·4 / Questions, answered
Can you find hidden leaks?

Yes. We use roof and internal inspection to trace leaks to their true source. Water in the ceiling doesn't always mean the leak is right above it.

Will I need a whole new roof?

Not usually. Many leaks can be repaired without a full replacement. We only suggest a new roof if the damage is widespread or the structure is unsafe.

Do you repair leaks caused by guttering?

Yes. Overflowing or poorly pitched gutters are a common cause of leaks, and as guttering specialists we can fix the drainage as well as the roof.

How fast can you come out for a leak?

We do our best to prioritise active leaks. During storm season things get busy, but we will get to you as soon as we can.
