Services
Everything that keeps water off your walls
Six roofline services, one crew. Start with what your roof is doing and we will point you at the right fix.
Pick by symptom
Match the problem to the service
Gutters overflowing in a downpour, plants sprouting from the leaf litter, paint peeling off the fascia board, a stain spreading across the ceiling. Each of those has a page, a fix and a price we can put in writing.
Not sure which one?
Ring (02) 5658 5693 with whatever the roof is doing and the office will name the right service, the likely scale of the fix, and whether the problem can safely wait for the next run through your area.
Ask us firstOne accountable trade
The whole roofline, one responsible crew
Water damage never respects the boundary between gutter, fascia and roof, and neither should the trade fixing it.
Split the roofline between a gutter installer, a fascia carpenter and a roof plumber and every defect becomes a debate about whose side of the line it started on. Because Summerland carries all six services, the diagnosis and the accountability sit in one place: if the overflow turns out to be a fascia problem wearing a gutter costume, the quote changes shape instead of changing hands. That matters twice as much on jobs booked from a distance, executors settling an estate, owners between tenants, or families coordinating repairs for parents who no longer climb ladders.
Sequencing matters just as much when other trades share the project. Painters want new fascia up before they cut in, solar installers prefer the roofline finished before panels go on, and renderers should be packed up before the machine arrives so fresh steel is not wearing acrylic spatter. If the guttering is one line inside a bigger renovation, say so at the measure and we will tell you where the roll-forming day belongs in your schedule, and which bookings can share a week without the ladders tripping over each other.

Every line item earns its place
Whichever service you book, the paperwork works the same way.
Itemised, not bundled
Metres, corners, outlets, downpipes, fascia work and disposal each get their own line. You can see exactly what drives the total and drop scope you do not want.
Fixed once accepted
The number you accept is the number you pay. Genuine surprises, like rot found under stripped guttering, get photographed and priced as a variation you approve first.
Timed for the wet
Book assessment work in the drier months if you can. Everyone remembers their roofline during the first spring storm, and the calendar fills fastest right then.
One visit can quote the lot
Gutters, guard, fascia, tile conversions and the roof itself can all be measured and priced in a single free visit. Tell us everything that bothers you about the roofline.
