Can my fascia be capped instead of replaced?
Often, yes. If the timber fascia is structurally sound we can cap it with colour-matched metal, which protects it and removes the need to repaint.
Do you replace fascia and guttering together?
Yes, and we recommend it. Doing both as one job means the gutters are refitted to fresh fascia and everything lines up properly.
What are signs my fascia needs work?
Peeling paint, soft or rotten timber, rust, gutters pulling away from the house, or water stains on the eaves are all signs the fascia needs attention.
