How a Summerland regutter runs

Most gutter problems in the Northern Rivers are join problems. Sealant dries out, rivets work loose, rust creeps along the laps, and suddenly a gutter that looks fine from the street is dripping down the back of the fascia. Rolling the replacement in one continuous length removes the joins, which removes the usual failure points.

We strip the old run, check the fascia behind it while it is exposed, then set new brackets to a string line so the water actually walks to the outlet. The gutter is formed in your driveway from Australian-made BlueScope coil, 0.42 BMT, in your pick of the COLORBOND colour range. Downpipes, corners and outlets are fabricated to suit, the system gets a hose through it before we sign it off, and the old steel leaves on our trailer.

Repair or replace

Not every call ends in a full regutter. A gutter under ten years old with one bad corner usually just needs the corner rebuilt. What tips the decision toward replacement is rust through the base metal, sag you can see from the lawn, or joins failing in more than one spot, because each of those keeps returning no matter how much sealant goes on. We will tell you which side of the line your roof sits on at the free measure, and quote accordingly.

Two storeys, steep blocks, awkward access

Height changes the logistics, not the method. The crew is Working at Heights certified, the quote spells out any access equipment a tall or steep job needs, and the machine itself stays on the trailer at ground level regardless, feeding formed gutter up to where it is hung. If your last quote from someone else ballooned the moment they saw a second storey, it is worth letting us measure the same house.
